 The Balanced Kitchen

balanced kitchenOrganic, vegan and gluten-free eating doesn't have to mean "it's all sticks and twigs and grass." At the Balanced Kitchen in Lincolnwood, it means a lot of flavor, season and spice. Plus the place is eco-friendly.

I went to the weekend brunch and had an excellent variety of dishes that all tasted great. Loved the gluten free pancakes and beet salad. Higly recommended if you want to try something new, tasty and good for you.

I inadvertantly rated the video a "1" I meant to rate it a "5" I was trying to hit one star at a time until I hit "5". Sorry....
