After reading the article, I think jail was the best place for Debra. Not because she was a bad person, but because the path she was on would've only gotten worse and worse. As you said, she was pretty and smart, just took a wrong turn somewhere and lost herself. I'm glad you wrote this article and posted the video. I think kids need to see it. People need to know bad things can happen to good people and to be cautious no matter how good life is going for you.
