 Students improve grades with exercise

gym class and academicsIn this NBC 5 Building a Better Brain segment, a Naperville high school is highlighted for their unique emphasis on exercise and academics. Students at Naperville Central High School have seen an improvement in reading, test scores and grade and they are attributing it to gym class. From the NBC 5 description: "At one local high school, educators are buying into a theory about exercise and mental acuity."
